The minimum requirement to be a Clinical Study Investigator includes:

• Be qualified to practice medicine or psychiatry and meet the qualifications specified by applicable national /regional regulatory requirements(s). In the event the clinical investigator is a non-physician, a qualified physician (or dentist, when appropriate) will be required to be listed be listed as a subinvestigator for the trial and should be responsible for all trial-related medical (or dental) decisions
• Be qualified by education, training, and experience to assume responsibility for the proper conduct of the study
• Be familiar with and compliant with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable ethical and regulatory requirements prior to commencement of work on the study
• Provide evidence of his/her qualifications through up-to-date Curriculum Vitae and/or other relevant documentation
